The food i can tell you today is macaroni salad. This is one of my favorite foods .So i would like to share this recipe.
INGREDIENTS OF MACARONI RECIPE:
- Ditalini pasta=1 pound
- Boiled eggs=3 (diced)
- Celery ribs=2 (minced)
- Red bell pepper seeded=1
- Red onion=1/4(minced)
- Sweet pickles=1/4 cup (chopped)
- Mayonnaise=1 cup
- Pickle juice=1/4 cup
- Granulated sugar=2 teaspoons
- Dijon mustard= 1 1/2 tablespoons
- Kosher salt
- Parsley(chopped) if desired
- freshly ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS OF MACARONI SALAD RECIPE
- First we cook the pasta in salted water in step with the package directions,Drain in a colander and rinse below cold water till cooled.
- And then shake the colander to toss the pasta,and drain for regarding five minutes, tossing often .
- Transfer the drained pasta to a big bowl and add the 3 eggs, celery , red onion,red bell pepper and sweet pickles.
- Now we mix the mayonnaise, sugar, pickle juice, and dijon mustard in a very little bowl and season with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Add to the macaroni mixed and toss till equally coated.
- Season with additional salt and pepper to style and place in fridge for one hour before serving.
- And finally sprinkle with chopped parsley to add a bit color if desired.
