BEST FRITO PIE RECIPES
- Ground beef=1 pound
- Chili seasoning=1 packet
- Tomato sauce=15 ounces
- Sour cream=1/2 cup
- Shredded cheddar cheese=1 cup
- Handfuls Frito chips=4 number
First step Brown the ground beef in a very deep skillet until cooked through. Drain the fat.And then add the tomato sauce and chili seasoning to the ground beef and stir to mixed well.
Reduce the heat for ten min to cook.And then heat the oven to 340 degrees.
Cover the bottom of a backing dish with Frito chips.Pour the chili on top of the chips. and then cook for ten minutes.
Remove from the oven and spread the soured cream over the top of the chili.And top with the remaining chips and then sprinkle the cheese.
Then come to the oven for ten minutes or the cheese is melted its fine.And then last step wee serve your friends and family.

FRITO PIE IN A BAG RECIPES
- Small bags Frito chips=6
- Green pepper=1/4 cup(chopped)
- Ground beef=1 pound
- Dried ancho chili peppers=3
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- Onion=1/2 cup (chopped)
- Celery =1/4 cup(chopped)
- Pickled jalapeno peppers
- Tomato sauce=1 (8-ounce)
- Diced tomatoes=1(14-ounce)
- Chili in adobo sauce,1
- Chili powder=1 teaspoon
- Cumin=1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder=1/2 teaspoon
- Worcestershire sauce=1/2 teaspoon
- Beef base=1/2 tablespoon
- Cheddar cheese=1 cup
First we bring a small pan of water to boil.And then dried chili peppers and reduce the heat sit 30 minutes.
Place the peppers and 1/4 cup of the soaking water in a very mixer or small food processor. Mixed until smooth. Set aside.Cook and crumble beef in a very massive nonstick pan. Once browned, remove it to a plate and put aside.
Add onion, bacon, green pepper, and celery to the now empty frypan. Cook until the veggies are soft, regarding five minutes.
Return ground beef to frypan. Add diced tomatoes, tomatoes sauce, chipotle chili, cumin,garlic powder, chili powder ,beef basse, Worcester sauce, and then last pureed ancho peppers.
Mixed well and then simmer for twenty minutes, adding a little water if it gets too thick.Season to style with salt and pepper.
Cut a slit in every bag of Fritos. Lade chili on top of chips. top with cheese and jalapeno peppers.
FRITO PIE CASSEROLE RECIPES
- Lean ground beef=2 pounds
- Onion= 1 medium (diced)
- Kosher salt= 1 teaspoon
- Fresh black pepper=1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin=1/2 teaspoon
- Ground coriander=1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder=1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder=1/4 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika=1/4 teaspoon
- Black beans=1 (15- ounce)
- Corn=1 (15-ounce)drained
- Red enchilada sauce=1(10-ounce)
- Tomato sauce=1 (15-ounce)
- Bag Fritos=1 (9 1/4-ounce)
- Shredded Mexican cheese=2 cups
- Guacamole to garnish(optional)
- Sour cream(optional)
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a massive fry pan brown the ground beef and onion along over medium heat until cooked through. Drain the excess grease from the pan.
Turn the heat to medium and season the meat with the pepper, salt, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, coriander, and then paprika. Stir to coat.Add with in the beans, tomato sauce,corn and then enchilada sauce.
Stir to mix and cook until heated through. remove from the heat.In a baking dish, spread 2/3 of the bag of Fritos onto the bottom.
Spread the meat mixture on top of the Frito’s and top with the cheese.Bake for twenty minutes or until the cheese is melted and also the mixture is bubbly.
Garnish with the remaining Frito’s and then serve warm.Top with soured cream and guacamole if desired.
Store airtight for upto 3 days.

- As stated previously, the Frito pie isn’t a pie-it’s a pile of Fritos in a very cut-open Fritos bag, topped with chili poured straight within the center, And possibly topped with chopped cheddar.

Hot sauce! I get asked what sauce I like all the time.Note that the hot sauce is optional however my favorite is always Cholula,I’m super keen on it! you may use whatever your favorite like Tapatio, or Frank’s.
If you’d like to make this ahead you can! make the chili as directed, enable it to cool, then store in an airtight container within the refrigerator for up to three days. To freeze, store in an airtightzip-top baggie for up to three months. Once ready to eat, thaw the chili within the refrigerator overnight if necessary. Heat in a large ovenproof pan on the stove, then top, and broil!

Prep time: 10 mins. Total time:10 mins.
This Frito Corn Salad recipe is filled with onion,corn,crushed Fritos, and then pepper’s’.The perfect side dish for BBQs and potlucks that screams splurge and game time!Use chili cheese Fritos for some extra spice.
- Whole kernel corn=2 (15 ounce) drained
- Grated cheddar cheese=2 cups
- Mayonnaise=1 cup
- Green pepper=1 cup(chopped)
- Red onion=1/2 cup diced finely
- Fritos corn chips=1 (10 1/2 ounce)
Mix first five ingredients and chill.Stir in corn chips simply before serving.
You may not need to add all of the corn chips. Add a little bit at a time.Some people choose to simply serve the Fritos on the side or crumbled on top.Finally we make Frito Corn Salad.

- Unsalted butter=4 tablespoons(softened)
- Sugar=7 tablespoons
- Egg yolk= 1 large
- All purpose flour=1/2 cup
- Baking powder=1/2 teaspoon
- Chocolate chips=1/3 cup
- Fritos corn chips=1/2 cup
Preheat the oven to 350 and line a cookware with parchment or a slicone mat.
In a medium bowl, beat along the butter and sugar till lightweight and fluffy, regarding one minute. Add the egg yolk and beat till combined.
Sprinkle the flour and baking powder on top and mixed in brief simply to combine.Stir within the chocolate chips and Fritos equally.
Scoop twelve dough balls (make firm balls for the simplest cookie shape),and space equally on a cookware.Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the sides of the cookies begin to brown.
