INGREDIENTS(FRIED CHICKEN)

  • All-purpose flour =3 cups
  • Garlic salt = 1 1/2 tablespoons
  • Ground black pepper= 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika =1 tablespoon
  • Poultry seasoning = 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt = 1 teaspoon
  • Egg yolks =2 (beaten)
  • Beer or Water =1 1/2 cups
  • Vegetable oil = 1 quart (for frying)
  • Chicken =3 pound (cut into pieces)

STEP 1:

First in one small bowl,combine together three cups of flour , one tablespoon black pepper , garlic salt, poultry seasoning and paprika. In a another separate bowl, stir along 1 1/3 cups flour , 1/4 teaspoon pepper , egg yolks, salt and beer or water. You will got to skinny with further beer if the batter is just too thick.

STEP 2:

Heat the oil in a deep fryer to 175 degrees c. Moisten each bit of chicken with a bit water, then dip within the dry mix. Shake off excess and dip within the wet combine, then dip within the dry combine all over again.

STEP 3:

Finally most important step carefully place the chicken pieces within the hot oil. Fry for 16 to 19 minutes, or till well browned . And smaller pieces won’t take as long. Big pieces might take longer. Take away and drain on pepper towels or oil dryer before serving.
