MAIN INGREDIENTS: Potatoes and oil
- White sugar =1/3 cup
- Warm water =2 cups
- Two big potatoes = peeled,and sliced ( use potatoes cuter) in to 1/4 inch strips
- Vegetable oil =6 cups
- Salt to taste
DESCRIPTION (FRENCH FRIES)
- First step in a big bowl, dissolve the sugar in hot water. Soak potatoes in water mixture for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from water , and dry completely on paper towels.
- Second step heat oil in deep fryer to 190 degrees c. Add sliced potatoes, and cook till golden , 5 minutes. Finally drain on paper towels . put salt as per need.

Spicy and Chili French Fries. It is so spicy dish. This is my favorite dish so i wish to shared for my friends. Cooked and eat enjoy.
- 3 or 4 big potatoes – peeled and sliced ( use potatoes cuter )in to 1/4 inch strips

- tomato-vegetable juice=1/4 cup
- chili powder= 1 tablespoon
- ground cumin=1 teaspoon
- dried onion granules=2 teaspoon
- garlic powder=1 teaspoon
- cayenne pepper = 1 teaspoon
- white pepper= 1 teaspoon
- salt= 1 tablespoon
DESCRIPTION (CHILI FRENCH FRIES)
- First preheat an oven to 190 degrees c. Grease a big baking sheet.
- Fill a big bowl with cold water ,add the potatoes, and permit to soak for 10 minutes.Whisk along the oil , vegetable juice cocktail , chili powder , ground cumin, onion granules, garlic powder ,cayenne pepper, sugar, and salt during a big bowl.
- Drain the potatoes , and pat dry with smooth cloth o paper towels. I used smooth cloth.Toss the potatoes with the oil and spice mixture; stir till equally coated. prepare fries during a single layer on the ready baking sheet.
- Bake fries in preheated oven for 22 minutes. Flip and still bake till bronzed and crisp, Finally regarding 18 to 20 extra minut.
Per serving : 428 calories; 14.6 g fat ; 69 g carbohydrates; 8.3 g protein; 1827 mg sodium.
