INGREDIENTS FOR FLUFFY PANCAKE
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon butter,melted
- cooking spray
DESCRIPTION OF THE RECIPE
- Fluffy pancake first step, whisk and mix together the flour ,sugar ,baking powder and salt in a massive bowl.

- Then gently fold within the remaining egg whites till simply combined (take care to not over mixture).
- Lightly spray the within of 4 3-inch-wide-by-2 1/2-inch-high ring molds with slippy change of state spray coat an outsized slippy cooking pan with slippy change of state spray and cowl the cooking pan with the lid and cook till the batter rises to the superior of the ring molds and is golden on very cheap, regarding five minutes.
