INGREDIENTS:

  • Uncooked jumbo shrimp = 1 pound (deveined and peeled, tails left intact)
  • Flour= 1/3 cup
  • Salt=3/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper =1/2 teaspoon
  • Egg = 3 large
  • Kikkoman panko bread crumbs =1 1/2 cups
  • Oil ( for deep frying )

DIRECTIONS OF FRIED SHRIMP:

  • First we beat eggs in a medium bowl till frothy . Combine flour and then put salt and pepper . And then we take an another medium bowl.
  • Dredge shrimp in flour and shake off excess. And then Dip shrimp into eggs, then press shrimps into panko.
  • Turn shrimp over and press into panko once more to coat each side.
  • Pour enough oil into heavy massive pot to reach depth of two or three inches. And then heat to 350 degrees F heat.
  • Operating in batches, and then add shrimp to hot oil. Deep -fry baked through , regarding one minute.
  • Using tongs transfer shrimp to pepper towels or cloth to drain. And then arrange shrimp on platter . If desired, and then finally we serve with Kikkoman tonkatsu sauce for dipping.
  • Eat the food and make the happiness!
