  • White sugar=1/4 cup
  • Seasoned rice wine vinegar= 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon juice =1 1/2 tablespoons
  • Prepared horseradish=1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder= 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dry mustard=1/2 teaspoon
  • Celery salt=1/2 teaspoon

  • Coleslaw mix=1 (28 ounce) package

DIRECTIONS:

First we whisk mayonnaise , rice vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, dry mustard, celery salt, horseradish, onion powder, black pepper, and salt in a huge mixing bowl, stirring to dissolve sugar.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cut your cabbage and remove outer layer.Shred your cabbage and place into a huge bowl.

Add salt and lukewarm water to the cabbage and mix.Leave the coleslaw to marinate for a minimum of one hour to take out excess waters and melt the slaw.

  • Honey=1 tablespoon
  • Dijon mustard=1/2 tablespoon
  • Celery seed=1 tablespoon
  • Salt=1/4 tablespoon
  • Black pepper=1/4 tablespoon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the cut green cabbage, carrot, and onion to a large bowl.In a smaller bowl, whisk along the apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard,honey, olive oil, celery seed, salt and pepper to make the dressing.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add all the ingredients for the coleslaw except for the almonds and pepitas to a large bowl.

  • Sliced green onions=1/2 cup
  • Chicken flavor ramen noodles=1 (3-ounce)package
  • Silvered almonds=1 (2.25-ounce)package
  • Sesame seeds=2 tablespoons
  • Red wine vinaigrette dressing=1/2 cup
  • Coleslaw mix=1 (16-ounce) package
  • Red cabbage=1 cup(chopped)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix three tablespoons of sesame seed oil,lemon juice, salt and black pepper during a tinybowl.And add chicken tenders and then toss to coat.

Spray a 12-inch fry pan with vegetable spray. Heat frypan over medium-high heat.

Cook chicken tenders four minutes per side or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165degree F.Take away chicken from frypan, cool and shred into bite-size pieces.

In the same frypan, heat three tablespoons of sesame seed oil. And green onions ,noodles and almonds. Saute for one minutes.

Add sesame seeds and cook for an extra minute. Cool.

In a massive bowl ,mix coleslaw combine with cabbage. Add baked chicken, green onion mixture and dressing.Toss to coat.

Chill with in the refrigerator for one hour before servings.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bread= 4 slices
  • Mayonnaise=4 tablespoons
  • Schezwan Sauce or ketchup=2 tablespoons
  • Cabbage=1/2 (shredded)
  • Carrot=1 (grated)
  • Onion=1 finely chopped(optional)
  • Shredded capsicum=2-3 tablespoons
  • Shredded boiled chicken=3-4 tablespoons
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

STEPS:

Mix all the ingredients well with mayo and sauce.Spread butter on the bread slices. Cut the corners of the bread (optional).

Spread the mixture on the buttered breadslices. Place on the other bread slice on high of the buttered mixture slice.

Prepare sandwiches, cut diagonally or will place during a griller for sometime.

Grill marks on the sandwich looks nice. Serve the sandwich with coffee or tea on a picnic.
